Early-bird Registration -Deadline: November 15th , 2021

A blind review process will be carried out for all submitted papers. Minimum two reviewers will review the articles submitted by the authors. In case of multiple authors, only one author of accepted article is allowed to register and present the paper either physically or virtually. These activities must be completed on or before the “Author Registration” deadline as listed in the Important Dates section.

The author Fee (Presenter) includes registration for one paper and one attendee.

Student Authors means undergraduate/graduate students. In order to avail of this concessional Fee, the student has to attend the conference and present her/himself the paper.

The additional fee charged for the extra paper will be the half of fee charged to the registered author provided the registered author is the author of both papers. It does not cover any additional attendees.

Authors may present papers longer than 6 pages (though not encouraged) up to a maximum of 8 pages. Although not encouraged, authors can have papers longer than 6 pages, but not exceeding 8 pages.

For authors residing outside Dubai (UAE) and can’t attend the conference in-person due to restrictions imposed under COVID- 19 pandemic, they are allowed to present their paper online with 25% discount of the above fees as per their relevant category. Under this option, extra paper fees will also the half rate of their fees.
